We specialise what is now known in property investment as distressed sales or BMV (Below Market Value) situations. These are properties that are established or could be close to completion, but the original purchasers are willing to forgo the profit, and sell at a very heavy discount to market prices in order to achieve a quick sale.

These vendors sell for many different reasons such as divorce, redundancy, unforeseen financial difficulty, or even illness.

I many cases the prices we pay are far below the banks valuation of the property, this means that we can achieve higher mortgage levels meaning minimum deposits am required. We can also arrange very competitive borrowing terms including self-cert and interest-only mortgages. This enables investors to keep repayments low with the aim of making the properties self-financing until such a time as they can be sold and profits taken.
